Join date 2007 and still you are asking such childish questions. It is a theme of software. There are more themes you can choose. I noticed same gui on very first release. But do not doubt on coder's hard work. It took many years to be able to do such things as mehmood riaz did. I still remember his tools when he started coding. And for you my friend dont mind but grow up. There is a alot of diff in coding and designs.

I was asking if i can unblock the blacklisted phones.
Many duos phones especialy samsung are been blacklisted in my country i dont know what exactly they twist but i think its qsn and cert part. So is there any way of repair such kind of problem in uni tool?
The phone has good imei also has full network but its always says "EMERGENCY ONLY"
no calls no messeges.
