unitool not opening properly


unitool opening every time different id appear. not opening properly. i am change tool id every time.dongle is good. plz solve this problem.

not opening
new id :822B-F2E3-6CCE-871C
every time opening shows on different id's. then i am change in reset fields.waiting 24 hours id change sucessfully, but opening unitool shows another id. not working properly.

I have same problem plz hlp
I talk 3 time about flash windows not open
And the tool can not posses any thing
No frp no flash no imei repair
I bought it 3 month ago and don't work just 3 devices

tested in win 7 another pc
tested win 10 another pc

all tested same problem
