please fix bug in 13.01 sony flasher error when press start flash after loading .ftf

please team fix bug in nest update of sony flasher after loading a flash file , when press start flash button errors occurs display following msgs

1. the program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer .
from where we download it ????
after press ok button twice then come next error

2. the JVM found at .\.\x10flasher_lib\winjre32 is damaged
please reinstall or define exe4j_java_home to point to an installed 32-bit jdk or jre.

when press ok nest error come
3.the jvm could not be started. the mamxium heap size (-Xmx) might be too larger or an antivirus or firmware tool could block the execution
yet i have no anti virus or firewall tool
then why it say this ???

now today i check mtk flasher , which gives error when i select scatle file
but with other tool flash it with out any error

is any mistake by me or these are bugs ??
