We need a better way to change ID - GSM-Forum

Hello forum
We need a better way to update ours IDs
I have been waiting 3 days and nothing happened.
How this could be possible?
We have business, we use this software every day and now we cant.
Please fix your page to update the IDs or give more support in the forum.

hello, now i test is user panel its working well, no issue, you can change id, then it coutdown for 3 day, after 3 day you can re-change hwid, logic is this.

Thanks for the comment, but everytime iI try nothing happens. I cant deactivate my old ID.

I'm glad your friend has had their problem solved. But I wonder, what is the criteria that the support team uses to solve the problems, considering that many users, including me, are facing problems for days and so far nobody has helped us.
