same problems presented sometimes works perfect other times fails to open the program hopefully in the new update can be corrected the error

Just try after open program..pls dun fo anything with ur computer(dun open folder dun browse web dun video or music)...until software complete open and login..

and try everything to leave for a long time to connect to a wifi try with my local connection try a digitel bam one of movilnet and one of movistar (venezuela) thinking that maybe it could be the data connection and nothing try restarting repeated beats the pc but the problem is the software the tool has a problem to start I can not access the interface please help some developer that a solution since no one will recognize the time lost waiting for the solution as the days continue counting
