baught this program thinking it would be usefull, only was able to ever use it once, till now havent been able to due crap with it, what are the odds of a refund, i dont get how every one else is having results, i have actually had to buy other boxes, that did the work, maybe im doing something wrong.

But seriously, it's a great tool but unlike others there's no hand holding, and you have to know how to use it properly. Maybe search their section of how others have gotten results.

yup been trying to reset the google account on a N9137, dont work, have all drivers, nothing just says its done an doesnt remove it, any one help me out with this particular issue
