sorry guys imei repair didn't work i made my post before i checked the phone but the good part is that after wipe sec imei was 000039485642710 but network was ok

you have done a backup of qcn, in edl mode, or the phone had root?

as you read qcn, you need root

root is not needed to read qcn. just put phone in FTM mode, select diag port and read.
