already done upgrade mode manually team,.
same thing, cannot detect device in upgrade mode,.

when i try other version, there is no adapter port on device manager,.
that version only came with adapter port but still not detected,..

close all other programs which are using usb
and only install hisuite
disconnect phone when show error
connect phone again and press retry

new formatted pc
hisuite and hdetool only installed

same result bro,.

reconnect, same can't find device on upgrade mode,.

any other solution pls,.....................

Try with Last HDE Flasher Version 79 you are using Old Flashar version and Last Hisuite version.

It's Drivers issue.

In below link find full "Update.app" and "Custom file" you can see becouse file more small size is the Custom File.

DOWNLOAD

But you issue is in Drivers or ceck Battery, (must be at 50/60% of charge), if is broken replace this and retry.
