Huawei Mate 10 (ALP) showing as Huawei USB COM 1.0?


Hi

i have a phone which does not turn on after firmware update, having no screen, no fast boot, no recovery only detected in device manager as HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 i need to confirm that hde support mate 10 board software to make it alive?

Hi, i was updating my mate 10 firmware from ALP-L29C636B132 to ALP-L29C636134 and all of sudden my mate 10 rebooted and turned off, now no fastboot screen neither any other screen response. All i have a usb ser connection when i connect the phone to my pc. i have downloaded the drivers and updated the drivers manually now my phone is shown as Huawie usb com 1.0 on windows 10.

Now when i try to flash board firmware get this error

No, The phone is still in black screen mode (Factory mode). We need an update of Hde flasher to fix this issue.
