Do we get support here, if the iBus order is from your Dealers or Resellers?

Ok .. successfully ordered and got it very fast from MFCBox dot com via DHL Exp., and today first try on Series 2 SS 42mm, also successfull after 2-3 times trying to establish good connection between iBus and iWatch.
Went on Mac System, Simple restore via Recovery mode, it was Demo Watch.
Thanks
