Error Receiving Proxy Payload (-4) - GSM-Forum

Hi when trying to flash an S2 42MM, I get the following error.

Has anyone seen this and do they know if I can do anything to remedy it

[sett] Log is available in ErrorLog.plist
[erro] Unable to successfully restore device
[erro] FDR 0DC7F9B8 Unable to receive proxy payload (-4)
[erro] Unable to receive message from FDR 0CFD6B98 (-4). 0/2 bytes
[erro] Unable to restore device
[erro] FDR 0DC7FF40 Unable to receive proxy payload (-4)

Does the watch have a serial number? Ive seen this when a watch is a "retail demo unit" only

Hi the watches have serial numbers, they are read by MFC dongle fine.

I am awaiting feedback from MFC owner as have emailed logs in

Has to be something wrong with watches I guess, but 2 seperate instances of this and same model, very odd

you may check all report data by gsx , even serial number correct and other related data if incorrect also can not active , thanks

do checking data by gsx, you will know
