iBus plus MFC?

I've got the iBUS S1 and S2 and have used them both successfully with iTunes. But Apple stopped signing the IPSW files and the new files in the MFCbox download section don't work with iTunes.

They are tagged "MFC only" so I downloaded the MFC software and watched the youtube video watch?v=pusilGfac10 to see how to use it. At 4:45 I'm supposed to click on "iMFC" and get a display of the watch info. But all it says is "[info] Loading history ..."

The watch info never comes up and so I can't get past this part.

You need to buy an MFC dongle to use that firmware because it is not original firmware.

Any trick to getting the watch to show up in MFC? It’s always a pain for me.

I already have iBus S1 and S2. If I also buy MFC Dongle, will that be enough to reflash firmware on Apple Watches using the files currently in the Download section? Will I have to buy MFC "credits" too?

No credits are required to restore watch. And yes, those files in the downloads section will work for restoring with MFC Dongle and iBUS.

Today I received the MFC Dongle kit and successfully restored a S0 Watch. Got a stack of S2 to do tomorrow.

Only complaint is that the MFC software messes with my caps lock & I have to be careful or else I end up YELLING IN EMAILS :-)

If you go to IMFC tab , caps lock can on/off, anyway , we will try to make some function to on/off other tabs in settings.

S2 38mm Watch. Replaced the Display assembly and it won't pair with any phone. Phone says "Activation error". I'm fairly certain the Watch is activation locked but I need to reflash to fix the Display compatibility to be sure. However the reflash fails.

(Forum software won't let me post the log here because it thinks contains links, so change "+" to "." below)

Code:
(...)
[info] Extracting DeviceTree+n74ap+im4p...
[info] Sending DeviceTree ...
[info] Done[info] Certifying Savage (61)
[info] Flashing firmware (18)
[info] Updating gas gauge software (47)
[info] Updating Stockholm (55)
[info] Unhandled status message (56). Saving to UnhandledStatusMessage+plist
[info] Unhandled status message
[sett] Log is available in ErrorLog+plist
[erro] Unable to successfully restore device
[erro] Unable to restore device
[info] Failed
[info] Apple device disconnected!
And the watch is now stuck at the red exclamation point.

Is this because of the activation lock?

That plist is 77k long but it looks like the relevant part is right at the end (again, replace "+" with "."):
