what's mean in hand ? if not from official and reseller , so where ?

second hand ? if yes, ask the seller, We will not send S2 ipsw by this way, thanks for your understand.

yes i bought it second hand from someone is there any other way to prove i bought your product?
the person that i buy it from dosent know the reseller
i can also open ibus and send you sn or something you need to prove that i bought the original ibus 2 product
