MFC Apple Watch Restore Error "Unable to Receive Proxy Payload Data"

I have some series 2 42mm watches which receive an error related to the proxy payload or something like that. It says a log is available in the plist file.

Any idea what can be causing this? Series 1 seems fine.

I'm using a brand new computer (just bought it last week - Dell with intel core i3, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD). I had installed iTunes and MFC software.

Windows Defender kept telling me that MFC is a trojan but I made an exception to it. The error persists.
