You can use the order number active the download permission at user dashboard.

Hello, today i received your ibus S1 dongle, but the metal adapter for 42mm isn't fit with the watch, it can not slide to the apple watch band slot. 38mm is no problem, but the hole isn't fit with the 42mm connector.
can you send a new metal adaptor?

Some Demo watch will be have this issue, but you can sandpaper the position smooth a little bit of the adapter, this will not effect the function at all.
