Hey i bought the dongle for you 3 months ago, and they never worked. I tried contacting you but i kept being sent to different ppl that couldnt help me solve my issue

What is the issue? Please explain in details what is not working. Make a new post. This thread is about iccid.

The issue is the dongles you sold me does not connect after I install the correct drivers to write the new file to update them. Go check your WhatsApp

Make video and upload so we can troubleshoot. all should be visible like the folder from where you run exe, the usb reader, putting gfsim, and device manager.
