iPhone disabled after screen replacement

Hi guys, got a question. Does anyone know why some iphones gets disabled after a screen repair? I have noticed that this happens most with anything after the iphone 7. I make sure to turn off the phone prior to repair, I have also tried to do it with the battery still plugged in and battery out, it seems pretty random. Sometimes its disabled for 5 minutes, sometimes 30, sometimes fully disabled. All the screens I use are the same, was just wondering if anyone else run into this issue? Sometimes it does not disable it at all.
