It pulls an amp on charger sometimes but most of the time it pulls .05 from the charger. On power supply it just sits at about .1 amp. After power button press. I have seen the apple logo come up twice seemingly at random, but it just hangs. Looking for idea's or suggestions if anyone has seen this issue before. Thanks
