IPhone X turns off (can’t turn on without battery replacing)

So i have almost brand new condition X, no drops or anything like that. But after using it for some hours it just turns off itself and i have to replace battery to turn it on

Was never opened before, though it was battery , but did same,
was watching youtube for 2 hours straight, pushed power button just tu turn off screen and phone went dead , only booted with changing battery .

Any ideas???
