hi , i have problem for reset frp in alcatel 5010D :

Platform: ALCATEL
Selected model: OT-5010D
Please, power phone OFF and connect USB cable.

Hi.

You have connected the device with hold "Vol-" button. To connect the device You shouldn't press and hold "Vol-" button, just do as this is written in Software instruction:

hi,

ok but when i only put cable with phone power off without press any button, nothing happens in software. my computer not detect the phone.

What device appear in Windows Device Manager, when You connect powered off phone to PC?

Also try to power on phone connect it to PC via USB cable and then power off the phone without unplugging cable, and check, what device appear in Device Manager. Write here the result.

my problem is solved, i only try in another usb port ( usb port directly in motherboard )
and work in first time.
