Hello.

Officially not supported, but You can try to reset FRP by performing instructions from Software manual for Pixel One without writing the special firmware.

Can't force software to bypass the screen asking for special firmware:

Platform: GOOGLE
Selected model: PIXEL
Put the phone into Sideload Mode:
1. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone;
2. Power phone OFF;
3. Press and hold "Vol-" and "Power" buttons;
4. Wait until the phone enter in FastBoot / Bootloader Mode;
5. Select Recovery Mode;
6. Press "Power" button and shortly press "Vol+";
7. Select "Apply update from ADB".
Searching for a phone (waiting for ADB device)...
Phone found.
Device serial number: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Operation was canceled
Performed by 1.4.9.0 Software version.

When trying to unlock a prompt window opens in which I have to browse to special firmware, if I press cancel the whole process ends, How to continue without interrupt unlock process?

Just re-boot the device and perform manually all steps after step 6.
