Hi team pls help me for this phone is not done

Platform: HUAWEI
Selected model: ALP-L29
Put the phone in FastBoot Mode:
1. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone
2. Power phone OFF
3. Press and hold "Vol-" and insert USB cable
4. Wait until the phone enter in FastBoot Mode
Searching for a phone. Please wait...
Operation was failed!
Performed by 1.4.3.1 Software version.

Hi.

Unfortunately, Reset FRP is not supported for your device firmware version via FastBoot Mode. Try to select COL-AL00 and perform "Reset FRP (ADB)" operation. Post here the result.

i tried this method but is not working sir because adb is disable from phone

Enabling "USB Debugging" mode...
Trying to search ADB ports..
Please, reconnect the phone, check if ADB interface has appeared in PC Device Manager, then perform Reset FRP ADB operation again!
