Hi

I've bricked two LG G6+ H872 after reset frp operation

the problem happens cause I get problem with Qualcomm 9008 driver, it detected as Qbulk driver, then octoplus frp showed incoplete operation, so phones are blocked in qualcomm mode now and I install the right drivers now

Can you help me please ?

Please post here full Software log with this incomplete operation, we will check in details.

I see now that I've choosed bad model , it was h870 and I've tried with h872

To repair your device and do "Reset FRP" do the following:

1. Install the latest Software version (https://octoplusbox.com/en/download/software/).
2. Select LG H872 in the list of Software.
3. Select backup file "H872_359653080405676_04-12-2018_19-46-53.oct" into the Firmware slot in Software.
4. Press "Reset FRP via TP (Qualcomm Mode)" button in Software, install Qualcomm HSHUSB driver and write backup file.
5. Post here the result.

Then perform "Reset FRP" operation again.

I have two of the same phones that i got from a customer. He says he used frp reset operation on octoplus and had the same issue. Backup is not available because he formatted his pc. Is there any solution in this case?

If your device still in 9008 Mode, then You can try to repair your device with Medusa Pro Software via Factory Repair operation
