Fully charge device battery, do Factory/Hard reset and repeat "Reset FRP" operation again. Try to perform the operation a few times. Post here the result.

We have prepared and sent You new Software version to PM. Try to perform "Reset FRP" operation using this Software version, then close the Software and send us (post here link) latest "*.logx" file of the performed operation.

Maybe has to do with the new security? Is it safe to downgrade?

The problem is with your device revision, there is MSM8909, but supported one device "has" MSM8937. If You have an Octoplus LG activation, please try to reset FRP and post here log.

Yes, unfortunately, Reset FRP is not supported for your device firmware version/Secueiry patch level.
