3. Select Factory Mode, then confirm your selection;

When I select factory mode, the phone start right away.

Yes, this is correct, device should starts. What device exactly appear in Windows Device Manager, when phone starts? Should appear new device in Network Adapters' section.

There should be "Motorola Network Adapter" device in "Network adapters" item of Windows Device Manager. Also disable firewall and antivirus on your PC, if they are running, before to perform the operation.
