I have a question. Can Octoplus Frp Tool be used without buying a dongle / USB, but if you buy the activation? Because I see that on your page there is a link to download the installer. I have this doubt why I don't know much about PCs

Unfortunately, You can't, You need to buy dongle with smart card and activation, that's how it works at the moment
