Octoplus FRP Toll supports reset FRP for most Samsung devices with Android 7.x firmwares. What device model do You mean exactly? What is the problem with reseting FRP You have got? Please create new thread with the problem, describe the problem in details, post there full Software log with all of performed operations and we will check and try to help You.

Hello Team! Nice update but I got this error when I install the setup
I tried downloading couple of times but the same it give to me I tried also on other PC and the same, i'm think that you got a corrupted installer please fix it!
I'm using Windows XP SP3
