To repair the device do the following: ---- Reboot the phone, press and hold "Vol-"+ "Vol+" + "Power" buttons 15 seconds and then connect the device again. 1. Select LG H931 in the list of Software. 2. Select this backup file LG_H931_24-09-2019_22-00-05.dump file into the Firmware slot in Software. 3. Press "Reset FRP via TP (Qualcomm Mode)" button in Software and write backup file. 4. Post here the result. |
