I have this phone , you see all is ok, but on phone cant make factory reset, need samsung account pass. How solve it ? Thanks

Hello.

Currently only "Reset FRP" is supported. Reseting FRP will not reset Samsung Account ("Reactivation Lock"). You can reset "Samsung Account" via Octoplus "Factory Reset FRP Service" in Octoplus Samsung Software or Octoplus Suite Software (operation requires credits).

Solved the problem, the solution is to reset samsung account .....very easy ,just make a hard reset with key combination and all is ok
