Have You written only boot image from Combination firmware or whole Combination firmware? Please post here full Software log, we will check.

sir when when i try it with boot file only then it stuck on samsung logo then i try it with full combination file.

You should write only boot from Combination firmware, not full firmware, please read attentively Software manual ("Help" button). If the device hangs on logo after writing boot, try to write boot image from another Combination firmware.

i tryed with diffrant sw and combination files when flash with boot file its hang on logo?

If You have no another Combination firmwares, You can try to reset FRP by the second method, written in Software manual:

1. Write full combination firmware.
2. Enable ADB from settings.
3. Write stock firmware without "recovery.img", "cache.img", and "userdata" partitions.
4. Perform "Reset FRP ADB (combination)" operation.
