If You have this device in hands, try to do the following: select "Device vendor: _GENERAL RESET FRP METHODS, "Device model: MTK GENERAL METHOD" and perform "Reset FRP" operation. Try to connect the device by the next way: power the phone off, press and hold "Vol-" (also try "Vol+" button) and connect USB cable. Post here the result.

Thanks for your advice.
I tried to connect the device( the tablet ) by pressing "Vol-" . I checked in Device manager in Windows and i could see that Windows found the device and assigned it port named Android -port 11 .
But it released it within a second. I would guess it is a Windows software/driver problem.
Must I use MTK Universal Drivers from a link given at https://octoplusbox.com/files/driver...al_Drivers.rar
If so, how I can force the windows to use that https://octoplusbox.com/files/driver...al_Drivers.rar
instead?
I can not use UPDATE option in Device manager because the port is assigned only for a very short time.
Thank you for your help

It is detected as Media Tek USB port (port 3),
then in a less than second it is detected as
Media Tek Preloader USB VCOM (port 4)
and then it disappears as well and no port available.
The same is true if I push Vol- or Vol+ button.
Any idea?Thanks

I am sorry, it was rather late yesterday to follow you.
NO, it is NOT solved because NOT ALL is ok. The port is assigned ONLY for very short moment and then it disappears. As a result , I can not choose the correct port in Octopus FRP tool.
Any further idea?Thanks
