Hello.

What exactly lock do You want to reset - FRP or Mi Account? As I see from your Software log, You try to reset FRP, not Mi Account, and Software can't find FRP signature. This means, that FRP is not set on your device.

So that's right, I was trying to get the "mi account" myself, which is why I was making a mistake.
