You know what you guys are doing is complete nonsense. Why don't you notify your customers beforehand that there would be an upgrade. You just shutdown your site then tell people you are doing rubbish upgrade. You don't even tell people when your site will be up again.
Do you even plan this upgrades at all or you just do it whenever it pleases you?
This is like a bank shutting down its online platform without notifying you beforehand and not even telling you when it will be up and running again.

I submitted a job that was suppose to be ready yesterday, customer on my neck and I don't even know what your ****ing plan is?

When will your website be ready? Please don't tell me soon, soon can be anytime.

give me imie of job , let me check for you. but website will be back in next 12hrs. we sent notice , may be you did not get it. sorry for the trouble.

So I waited, site is finally back and a 48hrs job is still not done and this is the 4th working day. What have you guys been doing?

your job was replied as website was back, all api's working and replies done.
i can not see your imei in process.
