hi all
i have EVA-AL10 i flash board and change oem change to eva-l19
but phone with no service
imei and serial : ok
i have nv file how i can flash it ( file format : .dgtks )

Unfortunately, write nv file feature isn't supported, besides, we don't know that nv file will help to solve your network issue
