Hello.

Did You try to reset FRP for this device via FastBoot mode, according to the Software manual? Unfortunately, Reset FRP via TP for this device isn't supported

for the security patch that had the phone does not let me do fastboot, but I already made medainte test point with this same program if it is supported, greetings
