Hello.

Have You installed drivers for Fastboot mode? Is driver installed successfully and correctly? Please install HiSuite, reboot PC, put the device into Fastboot mode and try to write firmware again via "Upgrade" Mode.

What device appears in Windows Device Manager when You connect the phone in Fastboot mode to PC? Also what device appears when You connect the phone to PC after put it in "Upgrade" mode? Make screenshots and post here, we will check.

To enable 'Fastboot' mode
1. Power off the phone. Remove SD and SIM cards
2. Press 'Vol-' and insert USB cable
3. Wait until phone enters 'Fastboot' mode

To enable 'Upgrade' mode
1. Power off the phone. Remove SD and SIM cards
2. Press and hold 'Vol-' and 'Vol+' keys and insert USB cable
3. Wait until phone enters 'Upgrade mode'
