Have You installed necessary driver? To install driver, please install HiSuite Software. Also please write us here what device appear in Windows Device Manager when You connect the phone to PC in Manufacture Mode? Should appear "Android Adapter PCUI" port.

already install hisuite when connect phone divice manager displaying as only portable divice & no displaying other ports
