Hi.

Repairing IMEI is supported for this device model, but may not work for latest firmware versions/Security path levels. You need try and Software will automatically check, whether operation is supported for your device revision (firmware version). It is not possible to say without trying.

Hi.

Can you assist me a little bit? I'm new for huawei devices. I have activated right now the license, installed everything, enabled manufactured mode, pressed autodected, so now I have only to change the imei or does it require before root permissions?

No need to root the device. Just autodetect the device, enter IMEI and try to repair.

Accordingly to Software log, Repair IMEI operation was performed successfully. Try to reset your device manually and check IMEI.

Really? Log says repair info failed.

BTW, manually restarted device and still have the old imei.

EDIT:

Ok I have noticed that if pressing again the button autodetect it now reads the info and imei is changed but in phone info software I still have the old imei, is this to be considered repaired?

Ok phone network is working again, but as I said before in phone system information, I still have the old imei number. Maybe performing a factory reset will report the new imei number?

You won't loose anything by factory reset phone, unless you have files/contacts in it. In fact, it may be a cached info still on phone, so, as support told you, hard reset phone to see if it all goes well!
