i have a p8 lite ale-l23, now with marshmallow android. I want to unlock and repair imei, but finish in error. All the operation i try, direct unlock, repair imei, change information, etc. I downgrade and same problem, but with this only phone, because dont have any problem with another. I avtivate usb debug and manufacture mode, drivers are correctly installed.

Unfortuantely, if your device has latest security/firmware versions, Repair IMEI, Unlock, Reset FRP, etc operations aren't supported.

i have downgrade from 6.0 to 5.0 and same situation. i don know why, ive just make an p9 lite and dont have any problem.

Please, post here full Software log with all performed operations, we will check it

I have to give back client, later he send me that in one place repair imei with other box in less than 30 minutes.
