Hello.

Please, check attentively LYA-AL00 in software model list.

To perform Reset Huawei ID operation, do the next steps:

Check "Manual select" option and select proper model and COM port from the lists of Software;
Connect your phone using Factory Mode;
Press "Reset Huawei ID" button.
