Please disable antivirus and firewall, reboot PC and try to connect the device again. Post the result. Also try to perform "Reset FRP" operation and post here log.

Yes, thanks for your report, unfortunately, in latest firmwares (Android 8.x) for P20, P20 Lite and some other devices uses new security encryption algorithm and it is not supported at the moment.
