P10 VTR-l09 Unlock problem [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hi.

I'm trying to unlock some p10 VTR-l09, but when I connect and press autodetect it says can't read imei and information... i have tried 3 different phone... all the same. It doesn't recognize in the right way.

Anyone can help me?

Hi again... I have tried other devices and found that all devices that doesn't recognize octopus have Oreo on it... the devices with 7.0 works great... any solution??

Yes, thanks for your report, unfortunately, in latest firmwares (Android 8.x) for P10 and some other devices uses new security encryption algorithm and it is not supported at the moment.
