dear sir, i have some problem . be i can't well understand. i write my some problem that are :


some option are inactive. like :


1. read info
2. direct unlock
3. read bootloader code
4. reset huawei id
5 factory data reset are inactive .


how active ?


and other one problem have trouble that sometimes error :



" no smart card found. program will now exit"


and terminate my huawei tools.


pls sir reply and solve my problem.

Please, run Software, select correct phone model from the list, after press Help button and read Software manual attentive, there You will see what operations are supported and which isn't not!


If You have any issues with " no smart card found. Program will now exit" Please, make sure that You aren't using any USB hubs for box or dongle connections. If prolem will still remain disconnect all other boxes and dongles, after launch Octoplus Huawei Software and start working all should work properly
