Hello.

try update card
if same issue
re install driver
and try another usb cable
dont use usb hub
if same issue try another pc

and try clean sim card and try another box reader

but my box with smart card is ok, cause i use ver 1.0.9 very smoothly. have no problem.

problem is only next version like 1.0.1 and 1.1.1

Yes i've solved this issue with Smart Card drivers in Medusa Pro JTAG in last windows 10 MAY Update.

HSJTAG VOx100

Other drivers was Not accepting, only solved with these "Microsoft USBCCID"
