what operation you tried to do ?

in short, repair boot with Bootfix_ES2.zip and reflash phone.

i'm checked "service" operation on same phone with same firmware and did not found any problem.

if phone can not be connected to NTool now, repair boot and reflash phone.
no more credits will be required for this phone, but you need to have positve credit balance.
