Now I want more NTool credits for providing unlock key generation service.
As it's unable to buy from any seller now, I wonder if I can buy pre-owned from other users.
Or, is it possible for me to generate unlock key by other methods?

I only need this for bootloader unlock key generation, as I could ask my partners to provide downgrade service with OSTLA to Chinese users.

For requesting unlock key only, you can request it on my website which is easy to find.
