first check your cable when phone has normal mode device manager detected or not?
second install properly USB driver, if you do have enough credit, just run the software go to service tab connect USB cable with normal mode than manually restart your phone optionally hopefully your phone willbe connected, like this http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/13419471-post15.html

NTool do not support dead boot phones.
repair your boot first with ND1_BootFix.zip ( it will work fine for PLE ), then flash phone with NTool

if phones working, then only possible problem is wrong ADB driver
delete existing ADB driver ( check "delete driver files" ) in windows device manager

install ADB driver from NTool drivers folder.
