How to convert CN to WW - GSM-Forum

i am using Nokia 6.1 Ta1054. i want to Convert 600CN to 600WW... but when i press Service in Ntool to change it...it doesn't work....but i successfully change some other device like X6 to 6.1 plus, nokia 7plus to global...any solution...why nokia 6.1 doesn't work?

New HMD security not supported yet.
if you can find old OTA package for Nokia 6.1 P2C phone, you can downgrade phone to old security, which can be serviced with NTool.

can not see NTool error here.
you have used wrong username/password too many times or you used account on few PC

there is some problem with this phone, reflash it using firmware from NTool support area.
note, that it is P2C model, so you need to use -00CN or -00CN-00WW firmwares.

i want to flash PL2-3160-0-00CN-00WW_Android_P.NBx.zip firmware. can i roll back to stock Chinese firmware? Is it include august security patch? coz august security patch didnt take flash via ntool
