N-Tool Credit User Name Password Reset Problem

i purchase 200cr . Suddenly mistakenly my pass not working. Then i try to reset by email. They reply me but i dont get the mail. because when i order that time i write mistakenly [email protected]. Here gmail typing is mistake by me. Thats why i cant get reset link via mail. i request u please update my mail [email protected] to [email protected] . Then i can reset My Pass and i can use it.

Already i contact My reseller . they reply me like this

anyways i sent a request to Ntool team to provide manual user pass now waiting for there response.

you have to check pass in your INI file located in the folder where you installed the ntool

When i try to change my password that exe going Error. And nothing in ini file. Now i need to reset my password via email. And problem is when i placed order for credit that time my email typing mistake. My correct email is [email protected] and i mistakenly placed tuhid01686@gamil.com. Thats why i cant recover my pass via email. I try to request Mr.Laser , GsmEasy , Boss please update my email in your server.

if u need User name i can post it.

100% - you changed password few times on few PC and using not latest password.
give me your username or search NTool logs on all PC, where you used this account for new password.

When i try to reset password that exe going error with hang. After i close exe and open again and i see old pass not working and new pass not showing in log

I put my original password in the ini file and my user has already opened it.
