NTool require working phone.

However, it is not big problem to revive your phone with standard qualcomm tools, if it is in EDL mode

tell me more, what happened in phone ?
is it detected now in windows device manager ?

you must use fastboot drivers from NTool drivers folder.
100% that windows catch other Fastboot drivers.
manually change Fastboot drivers for phone to one, that shown in attached picture or use NTool on clean system, whatever you prefer.
